THE SOLICITOR FOR THE AFFAIRS OF HER MAJESTY'S TREASURY, as the Crown's Nominee for the purposes of collecting Bona Vacantia, and acting under the general direction of HM Treasury, hereby gives notice that from 1 April 2009 Bona Vacantia's costs and charges will be calculated as set out in BVC18 Guidelines for calculating the purchase prices and legal costs for dealing with bona vacantia assets that are owned by the Crown (please see the link below).
Please note that these costs and charges only apply to cases received on or after 1st April 2009.
