THE SOLICITOR FOR THE AFFAIRS OF HER MAJESTY'S TREASURY, as the Crown's Nominee for the purposes of collecting Bona Vacantia, and acting under the general direction of HM Treasury, hereby gives notice that from 1 October 2009 new Companies Bona Vacantia Guidelines will be issued as a result of the implementation of Part 31 of the Companies Act 2006.
Please note that these guidelines will apply to cases received on or after 1 October 2009 and to existing cases where vesting has not been established. Guidelines relating to the Crown representative's consent on administrative restoration to the register will be published shortly.
